In this panel discussion, with representatives from different health professions, we will discuss how healthcare in Canada is changing and how many health modalities’ scope of practices are bumping up against each other.
Across Canada, we’re seeing an increase in the number of healthcare professionals who are trained in multiple techniques and/or registered in multiple professions.
Is there a difference between the professional practice of a healthcare profession (ex. massage therapy) and the techniques of that profession being integrated into other healthcare scope of practice (for example other healthcare professionals incorporating massage techniques into their scope of practice)?
