Certified reflexology therapists.

Participants will need to bring a towel, a blanket, pillow if required for comfort & their preferred medium for reflexology treatment.

In this one-day workshop you will learn how to use Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) to support immune health and wellbeing.

Discover how to successfully integrate the techniques into your reflexology practice for clients with many different presenting conditions, such as, non-cancer related, autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.

The original, evidence-based RLD protocol has been researched and developed by Sally while working in supportive cancer care, to help clients with breast cancer related lymphoedema swelling (BCRL). It is based on the theory of Manual Lymph Drainage massage (MLD), which is widely accepted as treatment for other conditions, not just lymphoedema. The (statistically significant) results have been documented and peer reviewed. Additionally, the positive impact of the results that RLD has on quality of life is, in many cases, life changing!
