 ➡️ Workshop Description

Structural Reflexology® Level I will introduce the foot structure and clarifies how faulty foot mechanics creates reflexive reactions throughout the body. Participants will learn to incorporate reflexing techniques that release muscle and ligament tension to restore healthy foot function. They will also gain a better understanding of how excessive muscle tension on the foot can cause foot reflexes to become reactive and thus cause changes in posture.

This class will educate students on how to assess feet using a Harris Mat where prints made by clients reveal weight bearing issues along the foot and learn how those issues create reflexive reactions. Students will learn proper foot measuring using a Brannock measuring device to assess feet which reveals causes of common foot problems.

A certificate of completion for Structural Reflexology Level I is given to those who complete Level I. However, there are two other classes, Structural Reflexology Level II and III, as well as submitting proof of 50 practice hours that are necessary to complete before receiving a Certified Structural Reflexologist status.
