This workshop will show participants the benefits of stimulating the six lower body meridians during reflexology treatments and how to do this.

Amazingly, the most important acupuncture points of each of the 12 Primary Chinese Meridians in the body are located in the lower legs and feet, and lower arms and hands. We, as reflexology therapists, can access these lower leg points easily and thus add a whole new dimension to our treatments.

As the six leg meridians are paired with the six hand meridians in various ways, the stimulation of the leg meridians will affect the entire body and ALL the twelve meridians.

During this workshop we will be looking in depth at the six meridian channels of the legs and discussing in detail the pathway, energetics, and important points of each channel.

Starting at the toes and going up to below the knee, we will go through how to stimulate each channel and the acupressure points to stimulate during reflexology treatments. We will cover some key acupressure points to press for certain conditions – shoulder pain, edema, irritability, indecision, menstruation problems, sexual problems, hemorrhoids and more.

By having all of this knowledge, and making sure the leg meridian channels are clear, reflexology therapists will have another tool to use during their treatments  – a highly effective tool, and one that your clients will love experiencing and benefiting from!

The added bonus is that once you have been introduced to this material in this workshop it will only take 4-6 mins to add this into your sequence each reflexology session.

We will have a hands-on practical portion at the end of the day to practice what you have learned – so have someone to practice on in the last 1.5 hours of the workshop!
