Sherri Gunn Wilkins

Sherri’s journey into the exciting world of reflexology started in 2001 when she took her first reflexology course. She also worked 14 years at the Reflexology Association of Canada in numerous positions. Now she is a teacher as well as a trainer of foot, hand, and ear reflexology. In 2018 she opened her own reflexology clinic called Heal and Toes Reflexology in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Currently she is the president of the Reflexology Association of Canada’s Manitoba Chapter.

From the moment she started learning reflexology she knew she wanted to learn all she could about this fascinating healing modality.  After years of learning and practicing reflexology, she decided to pursue teaching and in 2012 she became a reflexology teacher. Here she found her true passion.  Her goal is to help students thrive as a reflexology therapist however she felt something was lacking. This inspired her to create Reflexology 201. Which is a set of workshops that take a more innovated and practical look to learning reflexology.  One of these workshops is a look at the power of intention within a reflexology session. This use of intention helps to create a more powerful session as well as a specialized treatment plan for each client.

🡪 Sherri will be presenting Seminar #4: Being intentional with your reflexology sessions at the 2024 International Reflexology Virtual Conference and Post-Conference Workshop: Being Intentional Within Your Reflexology Practice on Monday, May 27, 2024
