Catriona Plunkett is a Reflexology Therapist and Trainer at Golden Egg Holistic.
One of the Irelands largest Holistic Therapy schools, Golden Egg is an award winning, centre of excellence which was founded by Catriona Plunkett in 2008. Catriona loves teaching and her students are based both in Ireland and Internationally. She is hugely passionate about Reflexology as a complementary therapy. She has trained in many Therapies over the years, but Reflexology continues to be her favourite. She is also very proud to be the Irish co-ordinator for ICR (International Council of Reflexologists).
Ollie Plunkett
Ollie Plunkett is a Sound Therapist and Trainer at Golden Egg Holistic with qualifications in Psychotherapy, NLP, training and development.
Ollie was an Irish healthcare service lead for developing new pathways of care for a range of specialties including Urology, Dermatology ,ENT and Orthopedics. He has developed the only ITEC certified Sound Therapy training programme, and has trained and has remarkable success in his private clinic treating a range of ailments . Ollie is also a musician and has delivered sound meditations at music and wellbeing festivals all over Ireland.
