LCRT, RCRT™, is the Founder of Sole Expressions Academy of Learning (SEAL) and a highly respected member of the reflexology community. With over two decades of experience as a Certified Reflexology Therapist and Educator, Mary is known for her passion, high energy, and unwavering commitment to advancing the profession through education, mentorship, and exceptional client care.
A Past National Board President of the Reflexology Association of Canada, serving for eight years, Mary now holds Honorary Member status—an acknowledgment of her leadership, integrity, and lasting contributions to the field. She continues to teach Foot and Hand Reflexology, inspiring students with her depth of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for this powerful modality.
Deeply connected within the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area, Mary is both a trusted mentor and collaborative leader, respected for her dedication to community and professional excellence.
As the Association celebrates its 50th anniversary, Mary is both humbled and excited to be part of this meaningful milestone and its enduring legacy.
In addition to her work in reflexology, Mary has embraced a career in real estate, bringing her people-first approach to every client relationship. She is also the proud mother of her smart, bold, and beautiful daughter, Hannah.
