Maria Fiordalisi

A dedicated practitioner deeply interested in balancing mind, body, and spirit, Maria Fiordalisi specializes in reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy, and holistic health/wellness coaching. She has owned and operated her own private holistic practice since 2014 and in 2020 founded Helianthus Holistic Arts, a multi-disciplinary holistic school where she shares wellness tools and teaches aromatherapy and reflexology certification courses.
Maria first became interested in complementary and alternative healing therapies while searching for relief from her own anxiety-related symptoms. Today, she is a Licensed Canadian Reflexology Teacher, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist™, Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional®, NAHA–Level 3 Certified Clinical Aromatherapist®, Reiki Master, Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Ayurveda Health Educator (current study). A lifelong learner, she continues to research and further her own education so that she can bring exceptional experiences to her clients and students.
When she’s not working, Maria enjoys reading, kayaking, and hiking with her husband and rescue dogs, Kona and Kaila.
Shannon Bachorick

After working for 15 years as a French translator, Shannon sought a much less stressful career path in natural health. Her journey into aromatherapy began as a way to calm her anxious dog, but she soon discovered its powerful benefits for her own well-being and that of her family. Inspired to help others, she earned her Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional® designation. A chance encounter with the book Aromareflexology at an aromatherapy conference sparked her interest in reflexology, leading her to become a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist™. Now, Shannon blends aromatherapy and reflexology in her practice to create customized aromareflexology treatments, helping clients find balance, relaxation, and relief.
Outside of her practice, Shannon is a taekwondo referee working toward national certification. She lives in Regina with her husband and their ridiculously strong son.
