Mari Naumovski
Mari Naumovski, RCRT™, lives in Northeastern Ontario. Mari completed her MA in Education from OISE, University of Toronto and thereafter taught in the Wellness Education Certification Program at Sheridan College for 11 years. Mari attained her somatic movement education training at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies in NYC and thereafter developed her own company Vital Moves in 1990.
Mari has studied ballet, modern, folk, tap and contact improvision. In 2000, Mari graduated from the Physiotherapy Assistant program at Humber College and attained her Pilates certification from Second Wind in Mississauga a few years later.
Mari has taught movement-based programs at university, college, private clinics and community centres in Ontario and Manitoba. Her trademark exercise ball system called BodySpheres Movement on the Ball can be viewed on her website www.bodyspheres.ca. She is delighted to share her craft with fellow Reflexology Therapists at RAC’s international conference 2023.
