Anne Trigg
Anne Trigg (also know as Annie) was employed by the governments National Health Service in Cardiff, Wales, treating with reflexology for palliative care at two major hospitals, as well as running her busy private clinic.
Originally a sports teacher, until she converted to Reflexology and joined the team at Inspira Academy to teach Duopody Reflexology at the highest standards in the UK on the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology. A fully regulated qualification assured and standardised by Centralia.
Annie is the best selling author and illustrator of The PodyCharts!
She is also the author and chart designer of OrthoPody – the exciting development of post graduate education focussing on muscle chains and fascia to correct and maintain structural strength and stability and provide ease of movement and flexibility.
