Benjamin Freidlin

Benjamin Freidlin is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R. TCMP, R. Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). He serves as Program Coordinator at the Canadian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CCTCM). He is also Director of Special Projects for the Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Canada (TCMAC) and a member of the ISO/TC 249/SC1 Traditional Chinese Medicine Committee of the Standards Council of Canada.

In addition to his acupuncture and TCM credentials, he is a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and a Perinatal Support Worker (PNSW) with the
Ontario Personal Support Workers Association (OPSWA).

Benjamin is also a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™), Licensed Canadian Reflexology Teacher (LCRT), and registration examiner with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). He is also a registered Reiki practitioner and teacher, as well as a registered yoga teacher. His training extends to Ayurveda, holistic nutrition, homeopathy, medical aesthetics, and osteopathic manual practice. Pursuing Nurse Practitioner studies, he advocates for integrative models that unite Western and Eastern medical practices in primary care with complementary and alternative medicine.

His clinical interests include addictions and mental health, fertility and obstetrics, oncology, and orthopedics, with a particular focus on patterns of non-substantial phlegm in traditional Chinese medicine.
