WHERE WILL THE CONFERENCE BE HELD?

This conference will be held in person in Winnipeg, Manitoba as well as virtually.

Choose your own adventure

Create your own adventure by choosing how you participate. If you purchase an in-person or virtual ticket, you can choose to come for one day or all days. Choose your path through the sessions. Choose a pointed focus through the workshops. It’s completely up to you! View our conference schedule and make the most of all your opportunities.

What is a breakout session?

A breakout session is a time where participants split into smaller groups to delve into a specific topic or technique. At our 2026 conference, there will be four (4), 1.5-hour breakout sessions over both conference days. In each of these breakout sessions you have the choice to listen to 1 of the 2 speakers presenting at the same time.

TOO MANY GREAT SPEAKERS! WHICH ONE SHOULD I ATTEND?

Great news! Barring no technical difficulties, we intend to share the recordings of each conference seminar, as well as additional handouts, if applicable, with all conference registrants whether they attended live or not.

What is a panel discussion?

Our conference panel discussions bring together experts on a particular subject or theme for lively discussions. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate by asking questions and voicing their thoughts.

Will seminars be recorded?

Yes, all conference seminars will be recorded. If there are no technical difficulties or issues, we intend to share the recordings all registrants whether they attended live or not.

WILL THE PRE OR POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS BE RECORDED?

Not all pre or post-conference workshops will be recorded. Please review each workshop description for more details.

I'M NOT TECH SAVVY WILL I BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE THE ONLINE PLATFORM?

Our online conference platform is very interactive and user friendly. All registrants will receive an email approximately 1 month before the conference begins with a secure link to create a profile on the platform to get ready for the conference. Attendees will also receive a welcome video explaining how to navigate the conference platform.

Do I need to attend the gala?

The International Reflexology Awards Gala happens on the Saturday, May 23, 2026, of our conference. It is an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of therapists, teachers, and innovators in our field. Gala tickets are included in your in-person conference ticket, however, you can purchase additional tickets for Spouses, Partners and children etc.
