For 50 remarkable years, the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) has been a trailblazer in establishing standards for the professional practice of Reflexology and championing it as a respected healthcare modality.

In many cultures, the 50th anniversary is symbolized by gold—a color that reflects not just brilliance but depth and versatility. Gold appears in many forms: yellow, purple, red, black, pink, green, blue, and even white. It is the most malleable of metals, capable of being shaped and molded without breaking. Similarly, Reflexology has proven to be adaptable, continually evolving alongside the dynamic landscape of healthcare.
As we step into 2026, we celebrate the journey of the past 50 years and the countless Reflexology Therapists, Educators, and Organizations who have stood with us. This moment is a tribute to the past, present, and future of Reflexology. Through inspiring seminars, insightful keynotes, and engaging panel discussions, RAC’s 50th Anniversary celebration will illuminate the full spectrum of Reflexology’s golden potential and promise.
